Paper Smooches Sparks: Designer Drafts Challenge!

Three weeks ago, I did not own any Paper Smooches stamps. I now have three sets and plan to get more! I love the whimsical images and fun sentiments.

I decided to participate in their challenge, which this time was to follow a "Designer Draft" or sketch. I used stamps from the "Happy Camper" set- I don't even like to camp, but the set was too cute to pass up!

Thanks for stopping by to check out my card!

Other products used: Echo Park Paper: The Great Outdoors, We R Memory Keepers: Sew Ribbon, Imaginisce: IRock and Gems, Stampin' Up! and Amuse: Cardstock, Tsukineko: Ink

Clean and Simple 30th Birthday Card (And My First Lawnscaping Challenge!)

Ah! School has been out for a few weeks. My June Summer Institute classes are over and I finally have time to craft. I decided to get started on some cards for upcoming occasions (rather than scramble to make cards at the last minute!)

My sister-in-law, Tiffany, is turning 30 next month! I decided to make her a simple card using some Lawn Fawn stamps I just bought! I also decided to participate in the Lawnscaping Challenge # 37, which is to use dimension. I cut the banner pieces using my Big Shot and some Sizzix banner dies. I "popped" the banner pieces using Stampin' Up! dimensionals.I tied the banner to the card using twine from The Twinery.

And here it is...
